I’m reaching out in frustration because I can’t access my PUBG account. Every time I try to log in, I’m blocked because the account is now linked to a phone number from Afghanistan, which I’ve never added or authorized. I have no clue how this number was connected to my profile, and now I’m completely locked out.
I’ve tried everything I could think of—resetting, reinstalling, checking all possible login options—but nothing works. PUBG, you really need to take account security more seriously. It’s incredibly stressful to lose access to an account I’ve spent so much time and money on.
