I Can’t Access My PUBG Account After My Number Was Changed Without Permission

I’m no longer able to log into my PUBG Mobile account, and it’s become a huge issue. After resetting my device, the game no longer recognizes it, and now the verification code is being sent to a different phone number—not mine. This number is not connected to me in any way.

My PUBG account was originally linked to my Facebook, and I have full access to that. But somehow, someone gained access to my PUBG account and changed the phone number, locking me out completely. I never gave anyone permission to do this, and my personal information is being used without my consent.

I’ve reached out to support but received no real solution. PUBG, this is a serious security breach. I’m the rightful owner of the account, and I can prove it through my Facebook login and previous device usage.

Please help me recover my account immediately and remove the unauthorized number. I’ve invested both time and money—over ₺2,000—into this game, and I won’t accept being shut out by someone else’s interference. I expect fast action to restore my access and secure my account.
