I Can’t Access My PUBG Account—Locked Out After Verification Despite Using Same Device

Hello, I need urgent help with my PUBG Mobile account. I’ve been locked out of my account for no clear reason. I had taken a break from the game and recently decided to come back. After logging in, I completed the SMS verification process successfully, but the game kicked me out again and now says my account is locked.

What’s even more confusing is that I’m using the same phone number I verified with, and it still won’t let me in. I may have connected the account to Facebook in the past, but I honestly can’t remember which Facebook account it was. It’s been a while, and now I’m stuck with no access.

On top of that, PUBG keeps telling me to log in from a “previously used device,” but my tablet is broken, and I’m currently playing on my phone. I don’t want to lose my account data or progress—I’ve invested a lot into this account over time.

PUBG support, please take this seriously and help me unlock my account without erasing my data. I’ve verified my number and followed your instructions, yet I’m still locked out. I just want to get back into the game.
