I Report Damage Bug In PUBG Mobile Team Deathmatch On Redmi Note 13

Hello PUBG Mobile team, on 02.07.2025, while playing Team Deathmatch mode with my Redmi Note 13 device, I encountered a serious damage bug. I purchased my device in May 2025 for ₺14.000, and it has been running PUBG Mobile smoothly until recently. The main issue is that despite hitting an enemy with 1 headshot and 3 body shots, the enemy’s health bar still showed 80 HP remaining.

This is not an isolated case—it happens almost every time in Team Deathmatch mode since the last 3.9 update. I tested this across multiple matches, changed internet networks, and restarted the device and the app several times, but the bug persists. The damage inconsistency ruins gameplay experience and competitiveness.

This problem affects my confidence and enjoyment of the game. After spending considerable time and money on UC and RP purchases, facing such a core gameplay bug is frustrating and disappointing. I expect a fair and balanced combat system in a globally recognized game like PUBG Mobile.

I explicitly request this damage registration issue to be fixed in the next patch, and a formal apology for the inconvenience caused. Please address this in the upcoming 3.9 update and ensure smoother gameplay for all users.
