I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with Litmatch due to a device ban on my phone. I recently purchased a secondhand phone for around $100, and when I attempted to use Litmatch on this device, I discovered that it is banned and I am unable to access the app.
I did not take any action that could have caused this ban, and I only became aware of the issue after completing the purchase. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach Litmatch support or find a way to resolve this problem so far. As a result, I am unable to use the app on a phone that I paid for in good faith.
I kindly request that this device ban be reviewed and either removed from my secondhand phone or that I be provided with a clear explanation and a practical solution so I can use Litmatch normally again.
