Massimo Dutti Canceled My Discounted Shoe Order Then Relisted It at a Higher Price

On November 27, 2025, I placed an order (#30137183013) for a pair of shoes on Massimo Dutti’s official website at a discounted price of $102 and completed the payment. On December 9, 2025, I received an email and message saying my order was canceled because the product couldn’t be supplied.

However, just two days after this cancellation notice, I saw the same shoes listed for sale on the website again, this time at a higher price of $134. I find this practice both unethical and extremely misleading, and I believe it damages customer trust.

If the product truly couldn’t be supplied, it shouldn’t reappear for sale so shortly afterward at a higher price. Despite trying to contact customer service about this issue, I have not received any response.

For these reasons, I request that you honor the original discounted price of $102 at which I purchased the item and provide me with the same product at that price.
