I Report Automatic UC Deduction From PUBG Mobile RP Purchase

Hello, I purchased UC in PUBG Mobile and used it to activate my RP (Royale Pass) on 02.07.2025. The total amount spent was 870₺. The main problem is that after activating RP, the UC I earned back from RP rewards was automatically deducted by the game without my consent.

Here's what happened step by step: After topping up UC directly from the in-game store, I activated RP and completed missions. As I progressed, I earned UC from RP rewards. However, every time I logged back into the game, I saw that my UC balance kept decreasing automatically without making any new purchases. I verified that I did not use a third-party site or external platform to purchase UC. All my transactions are recorded in my Google Play account and my in-game purchase history.

This situation caused me financial distress as I spent my personal allowance for this game and emotional frustration because I fear my account might be flagged for suspicious activity through no fault of my own.

I kindly request a detailed explanation of why UC is being deducted automatically, a full refund of my lost UC, and an assurance that my account will not be banned due to this system error.
