PUBG Mobile UC Purchase Successful but Not Received

On Tuesday, October 21 at 08:25, I purchased 300 + 25 UC directly through the PUBG Mobile in-game store using the mobile payment option for ₺189.99. The payment was processed successfully, and the amount was deducted from my account, but my UC balance still shows 0.

I did not receive any error messages, and the transaction screen even displayed a “successful” confirmation. My PUBG Mobile account ID is 5151*21. I have not yet contacted customer support regarding this issue.

Even though the payment was successfully completed, the purchased UC has not been credited to my account. I request that my missing UC be added as soon as possible or that the payment be refunded promptly.
