I Bought PUBG Mobile UC Twice but Didn’t Receive It—Now I’m Banned from Ranked Matches
On April 8, 2025, I purchased UC (Unknown Cash) through the official PUBG Mobile website and tried to load it into my account. However, the UC never showed up. Assuming it was a mistake, I attempted the purchase a second time—but once again, the UC didn’t arrive, even though I received a payment deduction notification both times.
To make things worse, I now get a warning saying I can’t participate in ranked or team matches, as if I violated some rule—when in fact, I was simply trying to purchase in-game currency through the official system.
PUBG Mobile support, I need immediate help. I’ve been charged and received nothing, and now I’m restricted from playing. Please resolve this and credit the missing UC to my account or issue a refund.

I placed an order for UC for PUBG mobile and loaded it into my account. Afterwards, I received multiple notifications that there were deductions from my account, and I am also unable to join team games. Could you please help me?
