PUBG Mobile UC Charged But RP Not Credited — How to Fix Missing UC or Rewards

On October 29, 2025, I purchased UC worth $10 in PUBG Mobile via mobile billing on my Redmi 13+ 5G phone and then opened the Royale Pass (RP). I didn’t receive any error messages during the process, and the payment showed as successfully approved. However, even though I opened the RP, no content or rewards were added to my account.

I made the transaction in Eyyübiye, Şanlıurfa, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I haven’t contacted customer support yet. I don’t have an order or transaction number, but the phone number used during the purchase is 0541****42.

I request that the UC I purchased and the RP I opened be properly credited to my account and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
