I Need PUBG Mobile to Return My Stolen Account After Ignoring My Proof

I am the original and lawful owner of the PUBG Mobile account associated with ID 5531****16. On May 4, my account was stolen through fraudulent activity, and I later discovered that unauthorized links and connections had been added to the account without my permission. I possess complete records of all legitimate top-up transactions made to this account through Ziraat Bank, and I can fully verify my ownership with official payment receipts.

Despite providing clear evidence that I am the rightful account owner, every support request I have submitted through the in-game support system has been automatically and repeatedly rejected without a reasonable explanation. My most recent support request number is 2606078320467538. The automated and inadequate handling of these cases creates opportunities for scammers while causing serious harm to legitimate players who are trying to recover stolen accounts.

In addition, I sent a detailed email explaining the situation to PUBG Mobile’s official support address, [email protected]. I also submitted a support request through Midasbuy and provided all official payment records and top-up documentation proving ownership of the account. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful assistance or solution through those channels either.

I respectfully request that all of my official payment receipts, account information, login history, and device history be manually reviewed by a real customer support representative instead of an automated system. The evidence clearly demonstrates that I am the legitimate owner of this account, and I request that the account be fully restored to me as soon as possible.

If this matter continues to be ignored despite the evidence provided, I will be forced to pursue all available legal remedies to protect my rights and recover the losses caused by this situation.
