I Face Loss of My PUBG Mobile Account and Request Full Account Recovery

I last logged into my PUBG Mobile account with in-game ID 5942314059 on July 14, 2025 at 9:39 PM, using my Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G device. After that date, I allowed a friend to access my account so they could play the game. As far as I remember, my friend first removed the linked phone number and then disconnected my other linked accounts.

Shortly after this, the same phone was lost on the Istanbul Arnavutköy ***oluk TCDD metro line, which is why I was unable to provide the necessary information to you at that time. I currently have no access to my account at all. I cannot log in, and when I try to submit a support form, I receive a “not secure” warning and cannot send the form.

My account was usually accessed from Silvan (Diyarbakır) and Batman Central Cudi Neighborhood in Turkey, and occasionally from Istanbul and other cities. Through the email address linked to my account, rozzyon***@gmail.com, I have determined that my in-game account was stolen.

I am also ready to provide proof that I am the rightful owner of the account, including top-up records made through Midasbuy and transaction receipts from my Ziraat Bank account. I am requesting that the account I worked on and developed through months of effort be returned to me.

I kindly request that my stolen PUBG Mobile account with ID 5942314059 be permanently transferred to my personal email address, baranemin***@gmail.com, and that full control of the account be restored to me. I ask for my account—representing months of effort and progress—to be safely and completely returned to me.
