PUBG Mobile Stolen Account Recovery Request

I am writing regarding my PUBG Mobile account with ID 51835365336 and nickname “KARA丶SEMÎH,” which was stolen on 28.03.2026. On that date, my account connections were removed and I completely lost access, so I can no longer log in to my account in any way. Previously, I was logging in to this PUBG Mobile account via Twitter and Google Play, and I normally play on Turkey/Europe servers. After the theft, I used PUBG Mobile’s own account recovery tool twice and submitted applications with the requested information, but both of my applications were rejected. Apart from this in‑game recovery tool, I have not been able to reach support through any other channel yet. While I am unable to access my account and am clearly the victim in this situation, another person is currently using my account as if it were their own. I request that my stolen account be taken back from the person who stole it and returned to me with all my access rights restored. I kindly ask you to review this situation again, to re‑evaluate my previous rejected recovery requests, and to help me regain control of my account as soon as possible.
