I Lost Access to My PUBG Mobile Account Again After It Got Hacked a Second Time

I’m extremely upset with how vulnerable my PUBG Mobile account has become. My account with ID 5169*63 was hacked once before. After a lot of effort, I managed to recover it. But now, it’s been hacked again, and this time I can’t log in at all.

No matter what I try, I’m locked out. I’ve reached out for help, but I’m still waiting for a proper solution. This account means a lot to me—I’ve put in years of time, effort, and ₺ to build it up. It’s incredibly frustrating and demoralizing to watch it slip away again, especially after already going through this once.

There has to be a more secure way to protect player accounts. It’s not acceptable for the same user to go through this twice and be left helpless.
