My PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5854****16) was hacked and later recovered, but now it’s banned. I invested significant time, effort, and money into this account, and it’s unfair that I’m being penalized for something I didn’t do. The ban occurred because the hackers misused my account, not because of any actions on my part.

I respectfully request that the ban be lifted immediately. I’ve been a loyal player and have invested heavily in this game. It’s incredibly disheartening to lose access to my account due to someone else’s wrongdoing. Please review my case and restore my account as soon as possible. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
