I Lost Access to My PUBG Account Features After UC Ban Despite Partial Refund


I’m extremely frustrated with how PUBG has handled my account after the UC (Unknown Cash) ban. Because of the ban, I can no longer play ranked matches, open crates, or even send popularity points. On top of that, several items from my account have been removed without any proper explanation or support from the team.
I was told that the only way to lift the restrictions was to refund the UC. I already returned part of it, but nothing has changed. If a full UC refund is required, there should at least be an installment plan offered so users like me can resolve the issue gradually.
I’ve spent time and money building up my account, and now I’m locked out of features I’ve paid for. PUBG needs to provide better solutions and support for users facing this issue. I want my account fully restored and a clear path to resolve any remaining refund requirements.
