PUBG Mobile 7-Day UC Ban with No Payment Instructions or Support Response
I’m an avid PUBG Mobile player, but my account was suddenly hit with a 7-day UC ban for no clear reason. There’s a payment I supposedly need to make, but there are zero instructions on where or how to pay it. I tried submitting a support request, but all I get is a blank page when I click "submit request." This is beyond frustrating! PUBG, you need to fix your customer support and provide clear guidance on these bans. I expect a proper explanation and a resolution immediately. Players deserve better, and I won’t stay silent until this is addressed!
