I Got Banned from My PUBG Account for 365 Days Without Reason

Today I tried to log into my PUBG account and saw that I was banned for 365 days—with absolutely no explanation. I’m shocked and frustrated. I haven’t done anything that would justify such a long-term ban. What’s worse is that all the UC purchases I made through PUBG were removed from my account, one by one.

I can visually prove all of my UC payments with receipts and transaction records. I’ve spent real money on this account and played fairly. There was no warning, no investigation, and no clear reason. I don’t accept this kind of unjust treatment.

PUBG, I demand that you lift the ban on my account and review the situation properly. I need your support to resolve this now.
