I Paid for a PUBG Random UC Pack but Haven’t Received It After 5 Days

I purchased a random UC pack for PUBG and it’s now been five full days, and I still haven’t received what I paid for. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but no one is helping—they either ignore me or close the chat without giving any answers. I’m beyond frustrated.

This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. Whenever I buy UC from other platforms, it gets delivered immediately, and their support teams are responsive and helpful. But here? I haven’t even gotten a single proper reply, let alone my UC.

I paid expecting a smooth and quick transaction, not to be ignored and left waiting for days. This kind of delay and lack of communication is completely unprofessional.

I demand immediate action. Either send the UC I paid for, or refund my money. I’ve been more than patient, and I expect better service moving forward. Do not continue to leave your customers in the dark.
