I Face PUBG Mobile Support Ignoring My Account Recovery Request

On July 19, 2025, my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5462*72)** was hacked while I was playing through an iOS emulator. My account contained approximately ₺400,000–₺500,000 worth of in-game purchases. After the incident, I completely lost access to my account — my email address was changed, and a new phone number was added, making it impossible for me to log in. I received an email notification confirming that my account had been compromised, and I immediately contacted customer support.

I explained the situation in detail to the support team but did not receive a positive response. Later, I received an automated reply requesting various verification details to recover my account. I provided all the requested information accurately, yet my account has still not been restored, and my loss continues.

I used to access my account from Istanbul, and it has now been completely taken over. Given the substantial financial investment I’ve made in this game, I urgently request the recovery of my account, restoration of access, and improved security measures to prevent further unauthorized access.
