My PUBG Mobile Account Was Hacked and Deleted After Remote Format on Redmagic 8 Pro

On August 17, 2025, during the night, my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5834****15), which I was using on my Redmagic 8 Pro, was stolen after my phone was remotely formatted. By the time my device restarted, not only was my account compromised, but the phone number, Twitter, and Gmail linked to my account had also been deleted.

For nearly a month, I have been trying to recover my account by contacting PUBG Mobile customer support via email. Unfortunately, every response I have received has been negative, and no real help has been provided. I have completely lost access to my account, even though it contains years of progress and in-game purchases, including transactions dating back over three years.

I live in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support I have received. Losing an account I invested both time and significant money into is devastating, and being ignored by customer service only makes the situation worse.

I demand that my PUBG Mobile account be restored to me immediately and that proper security measures be taken to prevent this kind of theft from happening to other players.
