My PUBG Mobile Account on Redmagic 8 Pro Was Stolen After Remote Format

My PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5834****15), which I was using on my Redmagic 8 Pro device, was stolen on the night of 17/08/2025 after my phone was remotely formatted. By the time my device recovered, the phone number, Twitter, and Gmail linked to my account had also been deleted. For about a month, I have been contacting PUBG Mobile customer service via email to recover my account, but I received negative responses and no assistance. All my in-game purchases, including those made three years ago, remain on the account, yet my access has been completely blocked. I live in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul, and I request that my account be returned. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.

I can prove in every way that the account belongs to me, just give my account back to me.
