PUBG Mobile Account Hacked After Gmail Breach, Support Refuses Recovery

10.08.2025 tarihinde akşam saat 18.00 civarında, WhatsApp üzerinden tanımadığım birinin gönderdiği linke tıklamam sonucunda Gmail adresim ele geçirildi ve On August 10, 2025, at around 18:00, my Gmail account was hacked after I accidentally clicked on a suspicious link sent via WhatsApp. Immediately after, my phone was factory reset and my PUBG Mobile account was stolen. Since then, all of my account details have been changed, leaving me unable to recover it through the normal login process.

I submitted a recovery request for my PUBG Mobile account and provided every possible piece of evidence: purchase receipts, UC top-up confirmations, and full account history. However, my request (Ticket No: 250828185665615) has been rejected multiple times with nothing but automatic template replies. Since my phone was reset, I could not submit the request from my frequently used device, which created an additional barrier I cannot overcome.

I have spent a significant amount of money on this account, including years of in-game purchases. My account ID is 5307****58, and my registered contact email is a******@gmail.com**. This account represents seven years of progress, effort, and investment, and losing it due to an unfair process is unacceptable.

PUBG Mobile’s customer service is only reachable by email, which makes communication slow and one-sided. Despite offering proof and receipts, I have received no proper human review—only robotic rejections.

I demand that PUBG Mobile manually review my case, restore my hacked account, and provide real support instead of automated responses. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to pursue legal action, as I cannot accept losing access to an account I have built and invested in for seven years.
