I Bought UC from PUBG Mobile on April 21 But Still Haven’t Received It or a Refund

On Monday, April 21 at 3:53 AM, I purchased UC directly from PUBG Mobile’s official system. The payment went through, but I still haven’t received the UC in my account. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for in-game currency and be left with nothing but silence in return.

There’s been no confirmation, no delivery, and no clear timeline on when this issue will be resolved. If you’re going to sell digital content, it should be delivered instantly, not left in limbo for hours or even days. I expected better service from a company this large. Unless the UC is credited to my account immediately, I’m requesting a full refund for the amount paid. I’ve already waited long enough, and this is unacceptable.
