I completed the payment via bank transfer, and my order number is #4400. The UC was intended for my in-game account with ID: 5681****25.
Although the platform marked the order as “delivered” on November 7, 2025, no UC balance was ever added to my PUBG Mobile account.
I contacted customer support immediately to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response or assistance. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem.
I kindly request that my purchased UC be delivered to my account immediately, or that a full refund of $93.90 be issued to my original payment method.
