I'm really angry with Pronet because they keep messing things up, and yesterday when they said there wouldn't be any more problems, I decided to cancel. Today, the alarm system they couldn't turn on is constantly making loud noises! When I called, they said they couldn't help with the problem because they claimed I still owed them money (even though we agreed I didn't have any outstanding debt). The alarm just wouldn't stop, even after I took out the batteries. And to make matters worse, I couldn't get in touch with Pronet for a stressful 10 minutes. If they can't answer a phone call, how can they make sure they keep the security they promised?
