I Was Trapped in Unfair Contract Renewal and Debt by Pronet Alarm

I have been using Pronet alarm services for about two years. Due to financial difficulties, I wanted to cancel my subscription, but they refused to process the cancellation with various excuses and renewed my contract instead. During this period, I was unable to make my payments, and they informed me that for a debt of ₺9,000, they would initiate legal proceedings amounting to nearly ₺50,000. Moreover, Pronet not only contacted me but also my father and brother, disclosing details of my debt. This caused me humiliation within my family and I believe it violated my privacy. In addition, sharing my personal and financial information with third parties is clearly unlawful. Despite calling Pronet customer service many times, no satisfactory solution was offered. I request that my debt be restructured, that my family members no longer be contacted, and that the confidentiality of my personal data be respected. I demand that my grievance be resolved and that I be provided with a reasonable payment plan before any legal proceedings are initiated.
