Pronet Security System Poor Service and Unresolved Cancellation Woes

I'm experiencing constant frustrations with Pronet company. Trying to cancel the system has proven to be quite challenging, with various obstacles and a strong push to keep the service. Their pricing has surged to exorbitant levels. Even though we've submitted the necessary documents to cancel a service that we haven't used in two years, we still haven't received any resolution. The lack of knowledge displayed by their staff is quite apparent, as they seem to be unaware of even the most fundamental contract details. Their service is absolutely terrible.
