Pronet Overcharged Me Every Month and Refuses to Let Me Cancel My Subscription

Never use Pronet. Pronet issues invoices with amounts higher than what was agreed upon, and when I request cancellation, they delay the process and continue sending high invoices every month. Even when I clearly ask for a breakdown of the charges, they avoid providing a proper explanation. I’ve been calling them for months, and they keep saying, “We will get back to you,” but they never do. This company is entirely focused on preventing cancellations. Once you sign up, it’s nearly impossible to leave. Their lack of accountability makes the situation even more frustrating. They even send threatening messages about legal action. I’m ready to pay the invoices just to cancel, but they don’t even respond to that.

The company, which does not charge a fee for installation, charged 3000 TL based on a clause in the contract just for the cancellation fee. Apparently, there is such a thing according to Article 8. Read the clauses carefully. They try every possible way to prevent cancellation. There are 7 months left until the end of the system for which I paid annually in advance, and they have taken the money, yet they are asking for 8000 TL for its cancellation. Look, if someone who falls into this trap is not wealthy and does not agree to pay this money, they cannot escape. I am canceling all 3 of my systems and then I will feed 40 orphans. My only request from you is, if you are not patient and wealthy, please do not get involved, I beg you."

You have mocked people's intelligence with this response, but unfortunately, people are not as naive as you think. In the photo I sent, four invoices were issued at twice the price I agreed upon. On top of that, I wanted to cancel, and you demanded extra money for cancellation and extra money for installation. Thankfully, I am in a good situation. Even if you said 100,000, I would still pay and cancel. I am writing here so that those who are not as fortunate as I am are not victimized by you.
