Pronet Trapped Me With High Fees and Made Canceling My Contract Nearly Impossible
I've been a ProNet customer for a while now, but the increasing costs are just too much to handle. Every six months, when the inflation adjustment happens, my payments have gotten to a point that I just can't handle anymore. I was really surprised when I tried to cancel the service and found out they wanted a crazy high fee to end the contract. Trying to return the equipment ended up costing extra. I feel stuck in a situation I didn't see coming when I first got involved. Canceling is such a hassle and quite stressful; it feels like they're keeping my account even though I want to let go. I really wish I hadn't picked ProNet, and I hope others take a moment to reconsider before signing up for this service.

Such a thing cannot happen. They charged my package for products I didn't receive, and now when I try to cancel, I can't reach anyone. I've been calling for days to seek my rights and cancel, but there's no response, no one calling back.
While setting up the system, they charged me for what they said would be a 2-month gift without my knowledge for months. Within 10 months, my payments have risen to 4030 TL, and I can't escape the payments that have reached outrageous prices due to inflation increases plus annual increases in 6 months.
