Profilo Brand: A Costly Mistake I Won't Repeat

I discovered the hard way why I should avoid the Profilo brand. I have no intention of giving them a third chance. Their assistance? A perfect 0. What about their customer service? Non-existent. I spent a whopping 30,000 tl on an air conditioner for my office. The office building already had copper pipes installed and ready to go for 24,000 BTU air conditioners. AC units were installed on the top floor with existing platforms in all of the offices on the floor. They have no problem using different brands. Today's service technician, on the other hand, had the audacity to ask, "How do I even get up there?" I'd need to add 2 or 3 meters of extra pipe, which would cost you around 5,000 tl. Furthermore, if there is a leak, I will not honor the warranty," making every excuse possible to avoid installing the AC. To be sure, I didn't have any copper pipes, which was his main complaint. Is this what you mean when you say "trust" or "customer service"? Shame on them for both the money and the time I've squandered.
