They said that the residence sensor and thermal were broken, so they said it would cost 3,000 TL to fix them. They fixed my fridge, but the problem was still there after they left. When I called them again, they said the seal was broken and that it would cost 600 TL to fix. But even after the repair, my fridge still didn't work right. I called them again, and this time they said that both the fan and the fan card were broken and wanted 3,800 TL. It turns out that none of the parts they had already replaced were actually broken. Instead, they had just replaced parts that worked, and they won't admit that they were wrong. I've been in pain for two months, and I'll fight for my rights in any way I can. If you want to know how I know if they measured the parts or not, it's because I'm a mobile phone technician. When I told them they didn't measure, they said, "Well, they always make a fuss about these things," the employee said.
