Arçelik Refrigerator Broke Down 3 Times in 3 Years and Now They Want ₺12000
I got an Arçelik fridge around three years back, and it’s broken down on me three times since then. The first repair was free, but for the second one, I had to shell out ₺5800. It’s broken down again, and they’re saying they’ll replace it, but I have to pay ₺12,000. In the last three years, I've had to throw away all the food I made and saved for winter several times, and we've been without a fridge for days. This has affected my kids. Now, they want to make me pay for something that should have been done right the first time. I’ve had a disappointing experience with Arçelik, and I can’t suggest their products to anyone.
