Dissatisfied with Profilo Dishwasher: Part Detached After Just Four Years

We have a Profilo dishwasher, and the part at the back where the upper drawer is connected has come off. It's really disappointing to see this happen to a machine that's only four years old, especially when it looks like a simple welding job. I think it's a mistake in the production, and I hope Profilo will do what's needed to fix it. It's really annoying when a fairly new appliance starts having problems. This customer is upset and worried about the quality and durability of the Profilo dishwasher. They want the company to own up to what seems like a mistake in production.
