Delays in Profilo's Refrigerator Replacement
I've been waiting for nearly a month for the replacement of my refrigerator, deemed suitable for exchange by the service on 18/12/2023. Not only has my product not been delivered, but no one has bothered to call and provide any information. This level of indifference and lack of quality is unacceptable for any company. The call center mindlessly repeats the same words like a parrot, and there's no one focused on finding solutions. After this experience, I won't recommend this to anyone in my circle, friends, or family, and I'll actively discourage them.
