Beko Appliance Installation 6 Visits, No Resolution




June 27th. Two distinct branches came to my house in 2024 to take away my white goods. The initial service that came to install the refrigerator mentioned a deep scratch and promised to fix it. They also installed the door dishwasher, but they still didn't get the problem. They promised to send an expert, but when they arrived, they still didn't fix it and even opened the front of the machine. So, after an hour of troubleshooting, the expert service finally arrived and diagnosed a faulty door switch. They offered to replace the switch or the machine, which I strongly objected to because it had only recently been installed. I was so disgusted by their complete opening of the machine that I insisted on having it replaced within a week, which finally happened today, July 13, 2024. How many weeks has it been today, they called today, they said that there was no record of the change, and on top of that, they said not to use the machine, I waited for weeks in vain, if the previous team had told me that the change would be made in the refrigerator, I would have said to change it because I know that there will be a problem, the door of the machine has changed, but it does not sit in place and when you pull the plug, the rubber is lifted from the end where it sticks, the service has come six times, they do not make a change, they adjust the foot and go, I am complaining about this situation, either they do their transactions and change my machine or I will complain to consumer rights.

The technical service performed such a ridiculous procedure because the tire wasn't sticking. It has become necessary to go to Consumer Rights. Of course, nothing changed after the procedure.
Arçelik called today and said that the dishwasher will not be replaced. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Rights Court, just so you know.
The replacement for the dishwasher was completed today, but they haven't initiated any process for the refrigerator.
Unfortunately, the newly replaced machine arrived faulty. With 1 hour and 15 minutes left for the program to finish, it opens the door and stops counting the time, or with 1.5 hours left, the machine shuts itself off and doesn't open the door. I know very well in which program the door will open or not. How can a 2-week-old machine come faulty? Moreover, I called the technical service to fix it, and they mockingly said there's nothing wrong. Previously, the same lady from Arçelik's own service gave me attitude, asking why I was defending the customer. Please, I've been dealing with a troublesome dishwasher and refrigerator for months. I bought a Bosch washing machine and dryer, and when I mentioned that the right side of the dryer was scratched, they sent a new one within 24 hours without taking the old machine. Please, take some responsibility now.
