I recently opened an account on ProBit Global to trade altcoins and deposited funds into my account. Before I made the deposit, multiple representatives from the company kept calling nonstop, trying to convince me that ProBit Global was a legitimate and reliable platform. They claimed to operate in multiple countries, have thousands of satisfied users, and ensure hassle-free withdrawals. They also tried to dismiss negative feedback by saying, "There will always be a few dissatisfied users in any service."
However, once I deposited my money, I immediately saw the reality. They don't help you win, and their only goal is to profit from commissions on every trade. Even if users lose money, they keep earning risk-free.
After making a small profit on my first trade, my second trade resulted in a significant loss. At that point, I decided to withdraw my remaining balance, but that’s when the real issue began. The same representatives who previously flooded me with calls (H*, S***, I***) suddenly disappeared**. No one responded to my calls or messages, and I was left chasing my own money.
I am now considering legal action against ProBit Global. Even if it costs me more, I will not let them get away with this. I demand immediate access to my funds, or I will escalate the issue through legal channels. ProBit Global is not trustworthy—stay away!
