Bitci.com Delisted GBT Coin and Blocked My Access to Funds Without Any Refund

Bitci Exchange suddenly announced that the GBT coin would be delisted and disabled both deposit and withdrawal functions for the coin. Later, they made another announcement officially delisting it. I have been unable to retrieve my remaining balance, and when I contacted the exchange, they told me to find the project owners. However, the project owners are ignoring my messages and even blocking users. Despite requesting a refund of my coins—essentially my money—for the past two months, my request has gone unanswered. I am clearly stating here that if the exchange does not promptly compensate my loss, I will take legal action. You are failing to support your own investors! I should not have to chase after my own money. Compensate my loss immediately or ensure that it is compensated!
