My Etsy account has been through a series of bad incidents, leaving me locked out, unable to pay an outstanding obligation, and disappointed by Etsy support's lack of responsiveness.
First, my account was mysteriously suspended with no previous notification or reason. I was able to have it reinstated, but this time I noticed that unauthorized access had been acquired despite two-factor authentication being enabled. When I discovered the hack, I quickly reset my password.
Unfortunately, this occurrence resulted in my account being tagged as spam and then closed. I immediately contacted Etsy support, provided the needed information, and followed up via many emails. Despite my efforts, I am still locked out of my account, unable to see my ads, communications, or the accumulated debt.
I respectfully request immediate attention to this situation. Please accelerate the process of regaining access to my account, provide a detailed explanation for the breach, and work with me to settle the remaining obligation.
