I've been struggling to reach anyone at Hewlett Packard to resolve a persistent printer issue, both locally and globally. Despite my initial trust in the brand, my HP printer has become a source of disappointment and frustration, constantly displaying errors, claiming the back cover is open, and jamming paper. Even after consulting a printer service expert, no solution has been found. Is this a manufacturing defect? The most astonishing part is the complete lack of responsiveness from the global HP company. Despite filling out surveys on their website, there's no callback. The search for contact details on HP people in Turkey or anywhere else has been futile. It's perplexing how a renowned brand like HP can produce such a troublesome printer.
