Epson L6490 Constant Jams, Faded Prints & Unresponsive Service
I purchased an Epson L6490 model printer for my workplace, but it constantly jammed paper. After a while, it stopped pulling paper entirely and produced faded prints; even cleaning the print head didn't fix it. I sent it to the service center via courier, they claimed it was 'repaired' and charged me. However, the paper jamming issue persisted. Later, when I sent it back again, they returned it unrepaired, with the cover broken. Upon contacting them, they said, 'there must have been damage during shipping, send it back for replacement.' When I sent it again, it arrived completely shattered. Now, I'm writing to Epson; they said, 'contact the courier company,' and still haven't responded. They refuse to stand behind their product in any way. It's my third attempt, and each time, I wait 20 days. It's been at least 20 days now. Those considering buying Epson should definitely think twice; I've been left in distress. They are unresponsive, and the printer is absolutely terrible. I used it for six months and faced problems every single day. Despite being brand new, it finally broke, and I can't find anyone to help. I'm attaching images of the emails I've sent.
