Princess Cruises Overpaid Booking, Avoid Corporate Customer Service!
While the on-board staff on the Regal Princess was fantastic, my encounters with Princess Cruises' corporate customer service were a living nightmare tho. booked a cruise with them lived the time of my life. Negatively. corporate customer service keeps avoiding my calls and emails. The problem is that I overpaid my booking by $200, simply put, I would like a refund for the overpaid amount for my booking. I shouldn't have to go through any hassle to recover my hard-earned money. if you are thinking about taking a Princess Cruise, I suggest you work with a travel agency to make your reservation. Hopefully, you won't have to deal with the hassle of dealing with corporate customer service and you'll get better treatment. Corporate customer service will always let you down, so avoid them at all costs.
