Unexpected Charges On Princess Cruises' Voyage
The second day on my day on the cruise, I noticed an unexpected charge on my Visa.the people on the ship told me to contact customer service, when I did so, couldn't get a clear answer about why it was there. To add insult to injury, the onboard customer service team promised to reverse the charge when I told them how incompetent the ones on the phone are, but it never happened. My advice to fellow travelers? Keep a close eye on your billing statements. Even with precautions, you might find yourself facing unexplained charges. It's incredibly disappointing and frustrating, and it's unacceptable for a company like Princess Cruises to operate with such lack of transparency.
