Flight Reimbursement Processing Issues with Mytrip

I just booked a flight through the Mytrip website, only to have the airline cancel it later. While the airline informed me that they would refund my ticket, they said the compensation will be handled by Mytrip.

However, my attempts to interact with Mytrip via online chat were unsuccessful. I am continually on hold and unable to make a connection. I urgently require a refund, but I can't seem to find someone to resolve my problems.

To make matters worse, their customer care is restricted to live chat, which is managed by an AI-powered machine rather than a human representative.

It is frustrating to be kept in the dark about the progress of my reimbursement. Mytrip must step up and offer the assistance they promised.
