Princess Cruise Ignores My Booking Requests
It's been two weeks since I contacted them, just can't seem to get anywhere! The biggest issue is I haven't heard back from anyone! I've left emails and called a bunch of times, but they don’t seem to take notice…No reply, no follow-up, nothing. a little customer service goes a long way! I've cruised with other lines before and never had this much trouble., contrary they still keep sending me all these e-mails and offers but the route I want is here, all I want is to get booked on this cruise and actually hear back from someone! Maybe even a little discount for all this trouble wouldn't hurt. after this whole experience, I'm not sure I'd recommend Princess to anyone else like it’s their concern…
