My Primark Order Not Shipped Despite Tracking Email

On October 22, I placed an order on the Primark website, and on October 24, I received an email confirming that my order had been shipped. However, when I tried to track my package using the provided tracking number, the carrier’s site showed “tracking number not found.”
I’ve sent multiple emails to customer support, but I haven’t received any response. After researching further, I discovered that many other customers have had similar issues with orders not being delivered. This situation is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing that Primark hasn’t taken action to address these problems. I urgently request a refund for my order and hope Primark resolves this issue to prevent it from affecting more customers.
