Primark Sandals Order Canceled, but Refund Still Not Issued After One Month
I purchased a pair of sandals from Primark but decided to cancel the order due to unexpected taxes being added to the total. Despite canceling over a month ago, I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve sent several emails, but no one has responded, and there’s no reliable way to reach a representative.
It’s frustrating that a brand like Primark would leave customers without any support or clear communication on such a basic issue. Waiting this long for a refund is unacceptable, and I’ve lost all trust in the brand. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I won’t be shopping at Primark again. Please issue my refund immediately.
