Primark Order Payment Taken But Status Pending – No Update or Confirmation Email

On June 9, 2024, I placed an order on Primark.com, and the payment was successfully taken from my account. However, my order status only shows “pending,” with no further updates or confirmation email received. I’m unable to access the site for updates, and I’m left in the dark about the status of my order. At this point, I would like to cancel my order, but there seems to be no way to reach the site or customer service. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or successfully received their order? I need Primark to respond promptly and either provide my order details or process a full refund.
