Primark Overcharged Me and Never Delivered My Online Order
On August 8, 2025, I placed an order on the Primark website that included women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing items. My order number is KJ1000016829CN. The total value of my shopping cart was 6,000 TL, but after discounts, the final payment amount shown at checkout was 4,631 TL. However, when I checked my card statement, I noticed that 5,236 TL had been withdrawn from my account instead.
It has been almost a month since I placed the order, yet none of my items have arrived. On the system, the order status shows as “delivered,” but I have not received any shipping company details or tracking number. The website claims that customs clearance has been completed, but I have not received the package.
I have tried multiple times to contact Primark Turkey via email, but I have not received any response. There is no phone number or alternative contact option available. As a result, I have neither received my products nor an explanation for the overcharged amount.
For all these reasons, I am requesting a full refund of the total amount charged (5,236 TL) and expect an urgent resolution and formal response regarding my case.
