Primark Charged ₺4000 Instead of ₺1000 and No Response or Refund

Three months ago, I placed an order on Primark's online store totaling ₺1000. However, they charged me ₺4000 instead, four times the amount I actually owed. There was no option to cancel the order, and I couldn’t find a contact number to reach customer service. I even filed a dispute with my bank, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. To make matters worse, I haven’t received any package, and Primark has yet to respond. I feel like I’ve been left in the dark with no recourse, and my ₺4000 seems lost. I need guidance on how to recover this money and demand that Primark address this issue immediately by providing a refund or solution.
